After getting caught stealing a tip jar, Jamarie Hansell, a morbid software developer from Middletown, Connecticut, winds up abandoned at a truck stop on route 19 and must overcome (his/her/their) suspicion in order to move to a new place and realize (h/h/t) friend is an alien from outer space.
