After dropping the ball on (h/h/t) commitments to a friend, Grace Miles, a lazy veterinarian from Fort Collins, Colorado, winds up alone, digging through a stinky garbage heap and must overcome (his/her/their) flawed reasoning in order to find religion and be the winner of a big competition.
