After having (h/h/t) bicycle stolen by thugs, Brenda Pope, a scatterbrained elementary school teacher from Azusa, California, winds up sleeping by the monkey cage at the zoo and must overcome (his/her/their) mental struggles in order to live in a fairytale and realize that (h/h/t) happy ending was just an illusion.
