After deciding not to help a friend in need, Kelsey Hickok, a rebellious medical and health services manager  from Sunnyvale, California, winds up stranded at a loud coffeehouse and must overcome (his/her/their) confusion about what’s real in order to betray a sibling and discover that (h/h/t) has a split personality.
