After losing too much money on a foolish bet, Aubrey Sedillo, a spoiled pediatrician from Blacksburg, Virginia, winds up alone, digging through a stinky garbage heap and must overcome (his/her/their) flawed logic in order to find fulfillment in (h/h/t) work and have (h/h/t) relationships mended.
