After being taken for granted by (h/h/t) family, Ryan Wells, a resentful computer systems administrator from Hurst, Texas, winds up unconscious in a dingy tattoo parlor and must overcome (his/her/their) negative outlook in order to catch a criminal and discover the truth about (h/h/t)  past.
